Versante Sud Camminare trekking guide proposes 116 walking routes in Primiero and on the Pale di San Martino with the aim of stimulating the frequentation and exploration of these mountain territories that enjoy a long mountaineering tradition. The proposed itineraries thus seek to highlight the historical and natural beauty of the places.

The guidebook offers routes suitable for everyone, novice hikers or experienced mountaineers. The Primiero area is dominated by the Pale di San Martino, the largest mountain group in the Dolomites, and this publication offers a broad spectrum of itineraries ranging from simple walks to demanding mountaineering tours. But if the Pale di San Martino constitute the heart of the content, the proposed excursions do not only develop on the Pale; the itineraries gather some of the most interesting walking routes in the entire Primiero mountain territory, including the porphyry environment of the Lagorai of the Vanoi Valley, in San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Passo Valles and Val Canali, up to the Vette Feltrine and the Cimonega Group.
